Justification Report, English homework help

MUST BE ORIGINAL AND PASS TURNITIN.Assignment 2.2: Justification Report – Part 2In Part 1 of your Justification Report assignment, you built up the following sections: Problem Statement, Overview of Alternatives, Criteria, and Methods. In Part 2, you will revise Part 1 based on your instructor’s suggestions and add to it the following sections: Evaluation of Alternatives, Findings and Analysis, and References.Use the basic outline below to draft your paper. Organize your responses to each question under the following section headings:Evaluation of Alternatives (for Questions 1-3)Findings and Analysis (for Questions 4-5)References (for Question 6)Using the provided template, write Part 2 of a single-spaced report in which you:Include and revise the sections from Assignment 2.1 (Problem Statement, Overview of Alternatives, Criteria, and Methods) per instructor suggestions.Research the two (2) alternatives (i.e. possible solutions) that you’ve identified in your Part 1 Evaluation of Alternatives section. Record bibliographic information during research.Example: You might research other organizations that have attempted similar solutions to the problem you have identified and explore the results of those experiments. Use what you discover in your research to evaluate each alternative by each of your five (5) criteria.Example: If your research revealed that four (4) companies similar to yours increased productivity after allowing their workers to telework from home three days per week, you might conclude that one of your suggested alternatives – in this case, the option to telework from home three days per week – satisfies one of your criterion of “Productivity” as a high-potential solution to a problem you’ve identified (of decreased worker morale and productivity at Doe’s Electronics). However, additional research might frustrate a recommendation of this alternative if it is found to fall short of other criteria while a second alternative fares better. For instance, a telework alternative might be found to be too costly to implement; too frustrating for consumers who prefer daily, in-person customer service; or too divergent from the company’s brand, “Always there for you!”Organize the assignment by your criteria. Explain in narrative form how each of your two (2) alternatives stacks up against your first criterion. Next, explain how each alternative stacks up against your second criterion, etc.Example: An abbreviated outline of what this longer section might look like based on the above example is below (Note: Only the first two [2] of five [5] required criteria are included to give you a feel for the structure). Your researched findings, represented as circled bullets below, should be explained in two to five (2-5) sentences. Include in-text citations and follow up with References in APA style):Evaluation of AlternativesProductivityAlternative A: Telework from home three (3) days per week{narrate findings based on research article 1 here}Alternative B: Offer two (2) extra Floating Holidays to each employee per year{narrate findings based on research article 2 here}CostAlternative A: Telework from home three (3) days per week{narrate findings based on research article 1 here}Alternative B: Offer two extra Floating Holidays to each employee per year{narrate findings based on research article 2 here}Briefly summarize in narrative form the major discoveries that emerged from the Evaluation of Alternatives section.Include a chart like the ones below to illustrate at a glance:Figure 1: Alternatives Analyzed by CriteriaCriteriaTelework OptionFloating Holiday OptionProductivityVery highNegligible increaseCostVery highModerateCompany ImageIncreasedNegligible increaseWorker MoraleIncreasedNegligible increasePracticalityModerateLowTOTAL Feasibility* of Alternatives based on Criteria?Moderate to HighLow to Moderate*Feasability = Capability of an alternative being carried out with successInclude an APA style (6th edition) References page that documents the two (2) sources (minimum) that you used and cited in-text in your Evaluation of Alternatives section. You may use secondary resources, or you may include one primary source and one secondary source. Remember that both in-text citations and References must be included (to avoid plagiarism) whenever you are directly quoting, summarizing, or paraphrasing researched material.Your assignment must:Be typed, single spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, your name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The success of every organization depends on its efforts to curb the problems that it
experiences. Research shows that everybody goes through some problem or problems before
attaining its goals and objectives. It is, therefore, essential to try to get permanent solutions to the
problems that hinder an organization from achieving its objectives.
Problem statement
Groups experience several problems that lead to poor performance in the long-run.
Incompetence is one of the issues experienced in the organization and therefore, the company is
not in a position to yield the best as per the analysis of its inputs and outputs (Loock & Hinnen,
2015). After an evaluation, the problem is attributed to inadequate allocation and misuse of
company resources and lack of cooperation from the employees. This problem deters the
organization from achieving its set goals even though it has enough resources. It is essential for
the body to look for new ways of dealing with the incompetent employees so that the performance
may improve as well.
Overview of Alternatives
It is critical to incorporate unique options that may be used to solve the problem of
incompetence in the organization. The latter has to be evaluated to obtain the best solution for the
problem. The proposed solutions include employee training. It is important for the organization to
improve its performance and achieve its goals as well.
The problem of incompetency could also be addressed through benchmarking whereby
some selected employees are taken to a similar organization to learn and observe the daily routine
of the new organization. It is essential to identify a similar group which had the same problem in
the past days and managed to use benchmarking to address the issue (Edwards & Cooper, 2013).
The selected group from benchmarking should be dealing with the same product to identify clearly
what they do to succeed.
Before incorporating the identified alternatives, it is essential to measure their capability
using some criteria to determine the best solution to the problem. The researcher chooses to use
five different criteria for the same: cost, productivity, time, practicality and work morale.

COST: The cost will be used to assess each alternative regarding cost
effectiveness. The alternative that utilizes the minimum amount of money to be
incorporated to solve the problem is the best.

PRODUCTIVITY: Productivity is another criterion that may be used to assess
the two alternatives that could address the issue of incompetence in the
organization. The two variants will be gauged regarding their productivity and the
results they yield after being incorporated in the entity. The best alternative is the
one that gives the best output regarding the profits gained after incompetency is

CAPABILITIES: The researcher will also use time as a criterion for gauging the
capability of the two alternatives. Each of the two alternatives will be assessed
regarding the time that will be taken before being implemented in the organization
to solve the problem of incompetency. The one that takes the least time will be the
best solution.

PRACTICALITY: The practicality of each alternative will be assessed to measure
the worthiness of each alternative. It is essential to know how applicable each
alternative solution may apply to solving the problem of incompetence in the
organization. The resources available in the organization will determine how
suitable each alternative is. This is because each alternative solution will consume
some amount of money in its assessment.

MORALE: Another criterion that will be used is worker morale. The best solution
to the problem of incompetence will be the one that motivates the workforce. It will
gauge the alternatives to evaluate the one that encourages the workers to be more
devoted in their duties, and to work with minimal supervision from top
Research Methods
For the alternative solutions to be incorporated in the organization, it is essential to carry
out research concerning the highlighted solutions. The researcher would like to use the interview
method to obtain the employees’ views concerning the suggested solutions to the existing problem.
It will be important to interview employees from the organization and other similar organizations
to offer their opinions on how they obtained their best outcomes after incorporating the suggested
solutions (Bryman & Bell, 2015)
The researcher also intends to use the observation method to collect information on the
application of the alternatives in other organization that had been experiencing the same problem.
Again, the researcher will observe the practices that the employees of different but the similar
group had used after conducting the benchmarking and training sessions.
The selected research methods will yield the maximum information required to evaluate
the provided alternative solutions to the problem of incompetency.
