Write a short summary of the moral or ethical issue that you have decided to investigate for the purpose

Introduce the topic or issue, and state the main question at hand. If you have a thesis already, include it
Create a preliminary outline (remember, it’s for a 15-20 page paper).
Add a reference list of 10 sources that you have found that mainly or primarily address the issue. These
should be peer-reviewed and of a scholarly nature.

Introduction: Multi national corporations that deal with apparel have been accused of profiting by
offshoring manufacturing apparel in sweatshops based in developing nations. It is my intention to delve
into the nature of these actions and to ascertain if the actions of the corporations who are involved in such
activities are acting in an ethical manner or not.
Topic/Question: Is it ethical for multinational corporations to employ workers from developing countries
and pay extremely low wages?
Thesis: Multinational corporation should only pay the required living wage necessary to the employees in
the developing nations that their products’ manufacturing is outsourced to.

based in, due to the fact that the work conditions are less than safe, it is considered unethical.

a. An increase in wages creates unemployment in an economy.

a. The economic phenomenon of an increase in unemployment when wages are increased is isolated to
