Inductive reasoning- This is considered to be relatively objective reasoning.
Deductive reasoning: This person tends to start with a theory, a premise, or a rule
that they believe explains that one true reality out there, so they develop a hypothesis
that and deduce inferences.
Pragmatic person: This person thinks that there is a true reality out there but it might
be hard to discover it and that the boundaries between idealism and realism might be
blurred. This person will pay attention to what people think the reality is. In this case
the person will use abductive reasoning.
Weakness: you can get a deductive reasoning right but starting from the wrong
premise or theory and that can be particularly confusing.
Weakness: deductive reasoning can only explore what you think is already known.
